→ Service Level: Response within 4 hours, Restoration within the next business day at the customer’s site nationwide
The Maintenance/Support Contract offered is for services for scanner devices and software
The Maintenance/Support Contract includes
→ Telephone support
→ Consumables for Fujitsu scanners,
→ On-site repair of the scanner by a technician authorized by PFUE – A Ricoh Company
→ In the event of failure of immediate repair of the fault, a temporary replacement scanner is provided on site.
→ The contract includes spare parts, labour and shipping and receiving costs for confirmed faults
→ On-site resolution of software configuration, application or setup problems.
→ Replacement of spare parts
→ Telephone Exchange and Support Service will be provided between 9 am and 5 pm local time from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
The Maintenance/Support Contract does NOT cover
→ Consumables for Fujitsu scanners
→ Damages caused by repair, modification, intervention by an unauthorized person
→ Training for repair by an unauthorized person or by an unauthorized repair by an unauthorized person or by an unauthorized service by an unauthorized person
→ Cleaning materials by an unauthorized person or by an unauthorized repair or service
→ Cleaning materials by an unauthorized person or by an unauthorized repair or service
→ Damage caused during transportation or by falling from a height
→ Preventive maintenance
→ Damage caused by improper use, neglect, abuse or overuse (beyond the limits given by the manufacturer)
→ Theft of the product or loss of parts
→ Damage caused by flood, fire, earthquake or other damage due to the occurrence of force majeure events
