Book Scanning Workflow without Book Adaptor

User has to focus on placing correctly each page of the book in order to limit page curving
This process has limitations as book number of pages increases. Book spine thickness has to be <30 mm

Book Correction
User has to do book correction as a first step of post scanning processing
If scanned book pages are heavily curved this step needs at least 10 seconds per 2 scanned book pages aiming to divide pages and eliminate digital image curves
Point Retouch
User has to perform Point Retouch (i.e. fingertips that are used to stretch pages)
Fujitsu ScanSnap SV600 included SW, assists in erasing fingertips scanned with easiness
This step needs at least 5 secs per captured image
